Next Wednesday is Canada Day, so it's a good time to plan ahead for fireworks, community festivals, or whatever you want the day off to look like. Browse our events calendar or check the listings below to sort out your July 1 plans.
This weekend is still busy too: free Michaels kids' crafts on Saturday, the Brooklin Farmers' Market, and a community picnic in Brooklin on Sunday. We also added Indigo Summer Play Days to the calendar for Saturdays in July and August. The first one is July 4: Summer Reading Launch Party with Dog Man at Oshawa Centre and Durham Centre Ajax.
